I’ve just completed the final edit of my upcoming novel, so I’m ready to devote more time to Self-Publishing Adventure. I started this blog back in 2010 (yikes!). A lot has changed since then, and some posts are out of date and need to be updated. On top of that, I have a long list of ideas for future blog posts. I’m ready to create useful and actionable content for you, but I don’t want to spend my time writing about topics that won’t help you where you are on your self-publishing journey.
Because I’ve been at this self-publishing game for over five years now, it’s difficult for me to imagine what it’s like for someone who’s just starting out. Also, we all have different priorities. At this stage, I’m personally most interested in book promotion and discoverability, but you might be more focused on finishing your first book, or figuring out how to distribute your book to Google Play, or wondering how to put up an author website, because all the book marketing gurus say you should have one (and I agree!).
I’ve created a short survey on SurveyMonkey that I hope you’ll take. The results will give me some idea of what I should focus on when creating content for you. That doesn’t mean I’ll only cover the most popular topics, but I’ll know where to start when it comes to that long list of blog post ideas.
The survey will only take you a few minutes to complete. You can take it here:

Feel free to share the link with other self-publishers, and have a great weekend!
